So proud to finally share “Living Proof” with y’all. This record means a lot to me.

A little over a year ago, Mike and I met up for a beer at Deep Eddy Cabaret in Austin and started talking about me joining the band, where the sound could go, and what the next chapter for Silverada might look like. It felt right, so we hit the ground running. Over the next few months, we really honed in on a sound and stepped into this exciting new chapter together.

Last August, we headed out to Sonic Ranch and spent five days and nights capturing that sound and bringing this record to life. We made it the old-school way, all of us in a room together with our good buddy John Evans, chasing moments and keeping it real and raw. Patrick mixed the record and, as always, absolutely crushed it. Mastered by Brian Lucey.

These songs, masterfully written by Mike and the crew, really capture this new era of Silverada. Honest, high energy, with a little Southern rock and roll running through it. I’m grateful to have had a hand in shaping this sound with such incredible people and musicians.

You’ll hear me on piano, B3, mellotron, guitar, and background vocals throughout the record.

Stoked on this one. “Living Proof” is out now on all platforms. Go give it a listen.

Back on the road this month. Touring through the Northwest, then into Montana and Idaho, and finally heading down through Colorado and into Arkansas/TX/OK.

We’re gearing up for the release of the new @silverada album, “Living Proof” the first band record featuring me on keys, guitar, and BGVs.

I’ll also be opening the show tomorrow night in Spokane at the @knitspokane.

On top of all of that, I’ve been working on some visual art that I’ll have available at shows over the next few months. You can see a little of what I’ve been working on in the later slides.

Good times ahead. Hope to see y’all out there!

Beauty is truth; truth is beauty.
See the world for its flowers.
The sun is always shining behind the clouds.
Protect your mind.
You become what you think.
Flow with life. You can’t push the river.
What is meant for you will arrive
In divine time.
More love, every day 🤍

This season has been truly special, and I can’t help but feel grateful for it all. I’ve been understanding that consciousness is reality. That everything moves in divine timing, and that time isn’t something we’re bound by, but something we create. That life doesn’t happen to us, we happen to it. That we’re not waiting for the moment, but creating it. That there are two paths: the path of the ego and the path of the source. What we desire begins as a feeling and is fulfilled through the feeling we hold. Guard what you intake and what you say. “I am” changes your reality, and your brain is always listening. Love purifies all things in its presence.

Touring with my brothers @silverada the last few weeks. It’s been a blast opening for @wallflowersband, and now on our headlining run through the Midwest into Eastern states. It’s going to be a good week ahead, joining forces with the wonderful @kelseywaldon and her red hot band.

Had an incredible week up in Woodstock, NY with some of my favorite humans, making music the way it’s meant to be made.

Spent five days at @elbowroomrecording with @leonmajcen and @jonnotar, tracking 12 songs for Leon’s next record. I’m not exaggerating when I say these feel like instant classics. Played piano, organ, mandolin, sang background vocals, and cut a few duo tunes.

There’s something special that happens when you’re surrounded by good friends, chasing what you believe in, and creating for the love of it.

Real grateful for this life.

Change the way you see, and the things you see will change. For every struggle, conflict, burden, there is a lesson within it. Something necessary to become who you are meant to be. All living things are just as important as we are. Birds, trees, bees, fish, elephants… even the damn mosquitoes, somehow 😂

Life is duality. Sun and Moon. Masculine and Feminine. Pleasure and Pain. There are two sides to every coin. The words we say change the trajectory of our lives and the lives of those around us. Watch them. Be deliberate. There is an intention behind everything we do, whether we are aware of it or not. Tune in. Life is too short not to be the best version of yourself 🤍

One of my favorite things about touring is that it forces you to live in the moment and go with the flow. With open eyes, you see the miracles of day to day life. By not forcing things, life becomes something to experience. The natural way produces something far more fulfilling than we could ever curate on our own.

This year marks the 8th year of my life on the road as a full time touring musician… or as we call it in Silverada, a “Highway Man.”

It’s hard to believe I haven’t even been in this band for a full year yet. These boys are the salt of the earth and I’m grateful to be a part of this brotherhood. Feels like we were each individually placed here for a reason and that we’re exactly where we’re supposed to be. Somewhere between the long drives, late nights, and all the miles between, it’s become something that feels like home.

We spent 5 days in the studio @sonicranch in August of 2025 recording our upcoming album titled Living Proof, out August 7th, 2026. I couldn’t be more proud of what we created and can’t wait for y’all to hear it. I play piano, organ, bgvs and even a little guitar on the record. You can hear me on piano and B3 on “Highway Man” now out on all streaming platforms.

See y’all out on the road on the LIVING PROOF tour!

Grateful for everyone who’s walked with me and beside me on this wild adventure. Every lesson, every person, every strange twist has brought us right here, quietly leading to now.

I’ve been seeing life begin when you stop searching and give yourself fully to what is here, right in front of you. I’m grateful for this strange, mystical world… and for the magic that surrounds us each day 🎩

Wishing everyone a Happy Thanksgiving 🤍🦃🍗

Lil front porch preview of some of what’s to come.
“Treasure Island” is a song I wrote with my good buddy, @noahsanford.

“Treasure Island” is in this moment right now. It’s for anyone who’s ever lost someone. It’s the afterlife, the memory, the nature that surrounds us — realizing and reminding us that we’re no more important than the trees and the ocean and the breeze. And in death, as an informant on living present, with intention, right here, right now. Presence, connection, reunion, acceptance, destiny.

Looking forward to sharing the full version/video soon.

Ever since I turned 25, I feel like I’ve woken up.
Like something higher than myself has been driving me.

I’m understanding we are no more important than the trees and the plants that surround us. That until we can realize that, we cannot truly appreciate the beauty of the world around us.

Death is an advisor.
It is always to the left of us.
But don’t be scared
It only guides us,
and helps us to live a more intentional path.

Ever since I turned 25, I’ve realized that every action has an intention behind it,
whether we are driving the proverbial car or not.

I have a vocation in this life (as we all do)
And I realize that life is a gift that could be taken away at any instant.

This year I’ve dedicated myself to my vocation, my truth, my words, and my songs.
To God.

Words are spells, so be careful how you use them.
It’s all energy.

I’ve learned that everything is spiritual.
Every interaction is.

Remember to be who you choose to be.
It’s all about intention.

On another note, I’ve apparently found my new favorite pair of glasses and by the looks of it they’ve really woven their way into my life 😂

25 years around the sun today, and I still feel this is just the beginning. Thank you all for being a part of my journey so far 🖤 One thing I’ve learned this past year is that life doesn’t have to be so serious. It’s here to be lived, to be loved. Have fun. Spread light. Love your family. Fly on the wings of intent and remember it’s all energy. This life is full of dualities; the pendulum swings far and wide, yet it can be balanced. Change, after all, is the great mediator. Inspire peace, not war. Inspire love, not hate. Choose the light, but know the darkness. In everything there is duality. Be like water. Listen to the voice that calls you, and you will be blessed. And, most of all, stay like the small child who moves through life full of curiosity and joy.

First day home since leaving for tour in April. Coming back is always emotional. You realize how much you, the world, and the people around you have changed and constantly are. How fast it truly goes by. Life is precious and it’s such a blessing just to live. Grateful for the journey. Trust in the process. Everything’s gonna be okay 🖤 Here are a few snippets from the last few months.

Sliding through the @willienelsonofficial door at @gruenehall last night. This week’s been one for the books! Kicked things off playing @shadowofthecity with @benkweller, then flew in to open for @robertearlkeen1 with @silverada down in Houston and Corpus Christi. Then last night, we played Texas’ oldest and most iconic dance hall, @gruenehall. We’re keeping the party rolling tonight in Fort Worth at @billybobstexas for our 4th of July show.

Got a few days to catch my breath before heading back out for the next few months. Feeling grateful, fired up, and real good to be back home in Texas.

Life’s been moving fast. New Chapters in the midst of craziness. The last month I’ve been living it up on tour with @silverada. West Coast and Southwest. I’m flying out to Asbury Park today to link up with @benkweller and the boys to play @shadowofthecity then back with Silverada to finish out this run.
